Since 2017, 7 Hills Brewing Company has been crafting experiences over good food and brews.
Beginning in Dubuque's Historic Millwork District, we've grown into locations across Iowa and Wisconsin. Our Dubuque brewery captures the spirit of a German bier hall with its rustic industrial setting, featuring large tables, long benches, and century-old wood pillars that showcase the history of the Millwork era.
We're passionate about brewing, preparing upscale pub food, and hand-crafted cocktails. From our fruit-forward brews to experimental IPAs, every pour reflects our spirit.
